What our graduates say:

" I believe attending Rivendell Study Center was the perfect preparation for me for post-secondary education. RSC uniquely offers students the opportunity to learn both skills for independent study and collaborative group work. Classes didn’t just teach me facts — they taught me to think and evaluate the world around me. If I could redo my high school experience, I would choose to attend Rivendell one hundred times over."--R.W ., '14

"Anyone who goes here can expect to grow as a person and grow as a student. There are genuinely good people here, and no matter what you are like, you will inevitably find friendship. There are genuinely good teachers here, and no matter what you are like, you'll find yourself smarter when you're done." -J.C., '18

"Everyone at Rivendell welcomed me with open arms at an especially difficult time in my life. I learned so much in classes and felt a great sense of community when I was there."--P.V., '18

"I think I just really loved the teaching style of my tutors. It was very discussion based, which is fantastic. The emphasis on written and verbal communication, as well as the critical thinking that the classes encouraged, was very valuable."
